Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment has cleared in our bank account. You will receive another notification when your order has been shipped. 

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup from our shop in Randburg. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order can be picked up immediately and you can make a cash payment on the spot. Please bring exact amounts. Our in-store pickup hours are 08:00 – 17:00 on Mondays to Fridays. Please have your order number with you when you come.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from the courier company which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status.

Please allow some time before tracking your parcel. It can take up to 24 hours for a courier to book a parcel into their hub, so if you find that there is not information available when you track your parcel please wait a little while and try again.

If you haven’t received your order after 5 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@kaywellstore.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
